Typically this error message is displayed when the Continue button is clicked multiple times which invalidates the previous one. 

When you have a moment, please try it again but this time click on Continue once and then don't click anything for about 10 seconds (even though it looks like nothing is happening). At some point, the message shown in the second screenshot will display and the password reset email should follow. Clicking the Continue button multiple times before that message comes up will invalidate the email that was just sent out from the first click and cause that error message to display.

You should then receive the email with the reset link which will bring you to the following screen to reset your password.
