How To Unpause a Mac Printer (In 4 Easy Steps)
If you’re sending a print job and the printer is “Paused”, please try the recommended solution below.
Step 1: Click on the Apple logo at the top left of your Mac and click on System Settings
Step 2: Scroll down in the left pane to “Printers & Scanners” and click on the “Paused” printer.
Step 3: Click on “Printer Queue”
Step 4: Confirm the printer is “Paused” and click on the Play button to unpause
