Step 1: Building Copiers/Printers Appear in Self-Service in Macbooks
Open the Self Service app by clicking on the Launchpad and clicking on Self Service. Once it opens scroll until you see the printer icons accompanied by your building's 3-letter prefix (i.e. IES = Indian Hill, RHS = Round Lake High School).
Step 2: Install the Copiers/Printers
Click the "Install" Button under the name(s) of Desired Copiers/Printers. Once that is completed, the copiers/printers will appear as options to print from when you go to print.
Step 3: Administrator Credentials May Be Required
During the first print job (for each copier/printer profile -- i.e. HP-Secure, KM-Secure, etc.),
you may experience a pause with the printer icon appearing in your dock.
Click on the icon and the print queue will open, showing your print jobs.
If it is paused, click the circular arrow to the right of the progress bar. This will open up the Proxy window.
Here you can enter your username and password, and check the box to "Remember your Credentials"
After that, you should be good to go for printing.
