If you’re having trouble adding copiers to your iPad, please try the recommended solution below.
Step 1: Setting Up Copiers on an iPad
Open Browser (i.e. Chrome) → Sign In → Click on the link relevant to your building:

Step 2: Make sure “iOS” is selected at bottom of page
Step 3: Download Mobility app
Click “Download” → “Allow” → (when “Profile Downloaded” note pops up) click “Close”
Step 4:Finalizing the Mobility Profile
Go to “Settings” –> click on “Profile Downloaded” (upper part of left column) → click
“Install” on pop-up window → click “Install” on next pop-up window → “Done”
