Step one – go to the log in page
Step two – Click the forgot password link – looks just like this
Step three – Enter your email address and click submit
Step four – Don’t panic – just click OK all is well
(Note: the password reset link will be sent to the email that is on file)
Step five – open the email and click the link from the nice skyward folks
Step six – enter your new password twice hit submit, ok, and you can be back on your productive way.
