W-2 Delivery Method Election

Use this online form to choose how you want to receive your W-2. W-2s will be available to all employees online within Skyward Employee Access. This form will allow you to state whether you also want a printed W-2 mailed to you.

Instructions:

To make the change, please start by logging into Skyward at https://skyward.iscorp.com/Roundlake16ILBusSTS/
From your home page, click on the tile for the "2025 W-2 ELECTION" form (see screenshot below):
Start the online form and follow the instructions on each page of the form.
Once you submit the form, you will receive a confirmation email and the tile on your home page will change to say "Pending Approval."
