Update Personal Contact Information (Address, Phone Number, Personal Email)
Use this online form to notify the District (including Payroll and Benefits) of changes to your home address, mailing address, personal phone number(s), or personal email address(es).
Instructions:
- To make the change, please start by logging into Skyward at https://skyward.iscorp.com/Roundlake16ILBusSTS/
- From your home page, click on the tile for "Employee Profile" (see screenshot below):
- Then click on the "Edit by Online Form" link in the Employee Details section of the screen (see screenshot below):
- Start the online form and follow the instructions to submit the new information (see screenshot below):




- Once the employee submits the form, HR will be notified. The employee will also receive notifications upon submission of the form and again when the changes are accepted and processed.
