Update Emergency Contact Information
Use this online form to notify the District of changes to your emergency contacts.
Instructions:
- To make the change, please start by logging into Skyward at https://skyward.iscorp.com/Roundlake16ILBusSTS/
- From your home page, click on the tile for "Employee Profile" (see screenshot below):
- Then click on the "Edit by Online Form" link in the Emergency Contact Details section of the screen (see screenshot below):
- Start the online form and follow the instructions to submit the new information (see screenshot below):
- Once the employee submits the form, HR will be notified. The employee will also receive notifications upon submission of the form and again when the changes are accepted and processed.
