How To Log Into Microsoft Teams

Open Microsoft Teams
- Open LaunchPad
- Click to launch Teams
Allow microphone access
- When prompted: “Microsoft Teams wants to access the microphone”
  - Click Allow
Click Sign In
- On the Teams welcome screen, click the Sign In button.
Enter your district credentials
- Use your full RLAS email address (e.g., jdoe@rlas-116.org)
- Enter your district password
Complete DUO Multi-Factor Authentication
- Approve the sign-in request using your DUO authentication method.
