How To Submit A Help Center Ticket Open the Help Center dashboard pageYou can access the Help Center in one of two ways: Direct Link: https://fixit.rlas-116.org/support/home Through the RLAS Website: Go to https://www.rlas-116.org Click Menu in the upper-right corner Select Staff Resources Click Internal Resources Then select Help Center (Fix-It) Ticket Log into the Help Center Click Login in the top-right corner Select Sign in with Google Choose your district account when prompted Submit a ticket Once signed in, click the Submit a Ticket card Select the desired Workspace you wish to submit to There are 5 workspaces you can pick from: Technology - Safety - Facilities - HR - Finance - Complete the ticket form (fields marked with a red asterisk are required) Click Submit at the bottom of the form
