Important: If you have previously installed printers using a different method, please follow "Troubleshooting Step 2" at the bottom of this article before proceeding with these instructions.
If you've followed these steps and are still having trouble, see the Troubleshooting section at the bottom of this article.
To add the Copiers and Color printers at your building please follow these steps.
The following screenshots are examples and all building printers are listed at the bottom of this document.
1. Click the links (or copy and paste the URL into your web browser) from the list at the bottom of this article.
(The address will change depending on your building, this one is for Beach)
2. You will be directed to PaperCut's Mobiliry Print page for your school. Follow the instructions provided.
3. Once you have downloaded and installed the package on your device it will set up the Copier and Color Printer for your building. As previously stated, you may be prompted to enter your credentials the first time you try to print. Be sure to type the username and password correctly and check the box to remember this info in your keychain.
Your MacBook should now display the Copier(s) and Printers for your building. If you are a traveling staff member, you may need to do this for each building you visit. See the list below for the URLs and repeat the above steps as necessary.
If you run into any issues please submit a Fixit ticket.

Make sure that after you've installed the printer package that you're selecting the correct one. When Mobility Print adds printers, the name is different from the one you may have added before. The names will be shorter and won't have a server name attached to them.
Go to System Preferences > Printers & Scanners. Then control + click any printer in the list. Choose Reset printing system... This will delete all printers on your device along with any printer presets and pending print jobs. After you've done that, start again from step 1 of this article.
