All Managed Apple IDs in the district have the domain @apple.rlas-116.org in them.  If the Apple ID you are trying to log in to does not have that domain it is not managed by the Technology and Innovation Department.


To reset a password on such an account please go to https://iforgot.apple.com/password/verify/appleid and begin the self service password reset from there.
