Remove a Known Network:

If you are having issues with a wireless network, the following documentation will show you how you can make Windows 10 "forget" a saved network so that it doesn't automatically connect to it. This can be useful if you're trying to ensure your device connects to a newer or more reliable network. It can also clear corrupt or problematic credentials or passwords associated with a specific network.

        1. Open Settings from the Windows Start Menu.

        2. Go to Network & Internet > WiFi and click Manage known networks.

        3. In the list of known networks, select the one you want to remove and click Forget.

Notes: If you have trouble anywhere along the way, please reach out to an IT Technician for assistance. They can help you remove any networks that may be causing you trouble.
