Have you been on the district's network recently?  This error means your machine has not been in contact with the license server in over 180 days.  To correct it you need to get on the district network for a few minutes.  You will have to go to a district building to do this.  If you park close you won't even have to exit your car usually.

After you log in on the district's network, check it by...

1. Click on Start
2. Click on Settings 
3. Click on "System"
4. Scroll down on the left side and click "About"
5. Click on "System info" on the right side of the window

6. At the bottom of the window that pops up is a section called "Windows activation" and it should say "Windows is activated".
