Archiving allows Users to store Groups and/or Standards away for non-use, while keeping a record of them in the system, which can be reactivated if needed be.
Note: Archiving the Standard Group archives all Child Standards and Groups.
Icons that are displayed next to Archived Groups and Standards:
The Show Archived toggle will display all archived Standards and Groups to the User when activated. Notice how the Archived Standards appear with the Archived Standards symbol next to them.
Users can also designate Archived statuses through the Group and Standard Editor windows.
